Kingdom Leaders’ feelings of loneliness and isolation have increased significantly since 2015. If we looked only at Pastoral Leaders, we see that 42 percent of pastors shared they either frequently (14%) or sometimes (28%) felt this way. Now, 65 percent of pastors report feelings of loneliness and isolation (Barna, 2022).

These percentages track across other Kingdom Leader roles (non-profit leaders, business leaders, other ministry leaders).
